Just because I love his work too, I had to add my favorite of his..... so far :P
I think I'm partial to this particular piece because I absolutely love the culture and all the subtle symbolization created within the art. Especially the cherry blossoms.
Heh, I was actually going to post this one instead, but I felt like I saw this one everywhere. Tried to show his other paintings some love. :)
ReplyDeleteThere's a whole lotta Wow! in this piece. I've always dug paintings that show realism coupled with 2D art like that.
